Hi, I’m Chase Kanger, founder of Kanger Fitness Studio. Fitness has always been more than just a workout for me. It’s a way to build strength, confidence, and community. My mission is to help people train with purpose so they can feel strong in the gym and in everyday life.
I bring experience as both a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, performance coach, and former athlete with a background in designing programs that balance strength, conditioning, and recovery. From one-on-one coaching to high-energy group classes to on-the-go workouts, I focus on creating training that’s effective, sustainable, and tailored to your goals.
